Mobile Grain Reclaimer

The working range is an important factor in the efficiency of any grain reclaimer. Frequent repositioning can reduce overall operating efficiency and increase labor requirements. Our mobile grain reclaimer is designed with a wide working range as a key priority. It provides a 145-degree working range and a gathering capacity of 100 to 160 tons per hour. The equipment combines grain outloading, gathering, and conveying in one unit. It was developed based on practical grain outloading applications in hundreds of warehouses. Our company began as Langfang Zhongyuan Grain Machinery Factory in 1998. The grain reclaimer was one of our early main products. Over more than 20 years of development and improvement, we have continued to optimize the equipment based on practical operating requirements. The current model is based on a proven and stable design.

The mobile grain reclaimer consists of an upper section and a lower section. The upper conveyor has a length of 12 meters, while the lower conveyor has a length of 17.5 meters. This two-part structure provides greater flexibility when positioning the equipment inside different warehouses. It can adapt to different grain bin shapes and discharge gate positions. The tail section uses an 800 mm wide conveyor belt to transfer gathered grain efficiently. The tail lifting height can be adjusted from 1.2 meters to 5.2 meters. This adjustment range allows the discharge end to accommodate different truck heights and downstream conveying equipment. The overall machine dimensions are 3.7 meters long, 2.0 meters wide, and 2.5 meters high. This relatively compact size makes the equipment easier to turn and maneuver in areas with limited space. The machine is equipped with 750-16 pneumatic tires, which support the machine's load while providing good mobility.

Independent Drive System and Quality Certification

 

The mobile grain reclaimer is equipped with multiple independent motors. The gathering motor has a power range of 4 to 11 kW. The travel motor has a power range of 3.0 to 6 kW. The hydraulic motor has a power range of 3.0 to 4 kW. Two conveyor motors are each rated at 7.5 kW. Each major operating function has its own dedicated motor. This independent drive configuration helps provide stable power for each system and reduces interference between different functions. The hydraulic system controls the lifting operation and provides smooth movement and accurate positioning. The control panel has a simple and clear layout, allowing operators to learn the basic operation after short training. Before shipment, we conduct full machine linkage tests on every unit. The gathering, conveying, traveling, and lifting functions are operated simultaneously to simulate actual working conditions. We check the coordination of all systems and make sure the equipment operates without jamming.

For overseas projects, we complete pre-assembly and testing before shipment whenever required. We also record a complete assembly video to help customers assemble and install the equipment after delivery.
